How we fly safely –

To fly a drone commercially, you must first pass the FAA 107 exam.  It’s a rigorous exam, and requires a thorough understanding of a wide breadth of aviation knowledge.

I initially passed my FAA exam in 2017 and this year passed my recertification test with a 98% score.  Recertification exams are required every two years.  All of our pilots are FAA certified and undergo additional drone flight training.

Once I became a certified drone pilot, I knew that flight safety would be paramount, whether taking real estate photos, performing a building or roof inspection, or shooting aerial cinematography.

That’s why we use the latest in obstacle avoidance technology.  Our cutting edge drones have 360-degree sensors that enable it to sense, and proactively avoid, any danger.

We fly often near commercial airports.  Dangerous? Reckless?  No, we go through a rigorous application process with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) each time we need to fly in a restricted flight zone.  We have extensive experience flying in airspace throughout the Midwest, logging over 500 hours of flight time.
